Open Science and the Role of Common Evidence

Sage Bionetworks is hosting the 2019 Assembly in Seattle to mark our 10th anniversary. The day-long scientific symposium will feature speakers who will help us honor our history by guiding a conversation about the next generation of open science. We also invite our friends and colleagues to join us for an evening celebration to toast our anniversary.
Sage was founded on the idea that scientific “teams of teams” working together on a growing commons of open data could unleash substantial increases in scientific throughput and capacity. We have learned a lot about the successful application of open science in this context. We have also watched many other brilliant people use their own open initiatives and innovations to advance research across the life sciences.
Join us in Seattle, where we will bring these perspectives together and discuss what the future holds for this dynamic ecosystem. Your perspective is essential to helping us map the future beyond open science.
