Agora

An interactive ecosystem for visually exploring the relationship of certain genes with Alzheimer’s disease. Agora hosts high-dimensional human transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic evidence, and includes a library of over 600 early candidate drug targets.

Agora is supported by the National Institute on Aging (NIA). The evidence hosted on Agora has been generated by the NIA’s Accelerating Medicines Partnership in Alzheimer’s Disease (AMP-AD) consortium; the Target Enablement to Accelerate Therapy Development for Alzheimer’s Disease (TREAT-AD) centers; and aggregated from publicly available data sources.
