Human Tumor Atlas Network
An innovative network that constructs three-dimensional atlases of human tumors to understand how cancers develop and spread, as well as how patients respond to treatment. The network’s research centers aim to represent a diverse and underserved patient population by evaluating the structural and molecular features of cancers across different organs and cell types.
Launch Human Tumor Atlas NetworkThe Human Tumor Atlas Network is a National Cancer Institute (NCI)-funded Cancer Moonshot initiative. Sage Bionetworks participates as a member of the data coordinating center for HTAN to manage the data storage, sharing, and compilation of the atlases constructed by the network.
